[snipe] Standing rigging help

Our starbord shroud is beginning to fray a bit.  We've had the local sail
maker replace them in the past, but it is a hassle as you have to be at the
boat to do this.  Has anyone replaced one of these themselves before and
what tools/actions are involved?  We've got a Chubasco snipe.  Thanks very
much!
